Recessed grips make oven easy to carry and handle and stainless steel door can be changed from left to right side opening. Other features include an internal data logger with a storage capacity of 10 years and an Ethernet interface for uploading and implementing programs and for online logging.

TwinDISPLAY ovens feature all of the functions of the SingleDISPLAY plus graphical display of program sequence. Included USB port allows you to upload programs, read out protocol logs and protect oven with individual user id functions. A built in overtemperature protection system automatically switches off oven at approximately 10°C above the set temperature with audible and visual alarm. Individual min/max values can be set for the over/under temperature alarm.
