These high-capacity balances feature an easy-to-read, large, high-contrast TFT touch screen with clearly structured functionality and essential weighing applications. The balances are simple to operate and allow you to weigh very small samples directly into large flasks with the highest level of accuracy and repeatability. Balances include a full software package for helping with compliance (Pharma QP1), complex weighing applications (Advanced Applications QP2), helpful tools (Utilities QP3), and connectivity for data exchange (Connectivity QP4).
The balances are less prone to environmental effects, resulting in faster weighing workflows and improved performance in a daily laboratory environment. A built-in intelligent compensating system manages temperature, humidity, and air pressure changes which further ensures stable balance behavior. A spacious weighing area supports ergonomic weighing into various flasks.
The MCA model balances are easily adaptable to your specific laboratory needs. Models are available with a built-in ionizer for samples prone to static charges and automated draft shield for hands-free convenience. If you choose to order models without those features at this time, you can simply add an ionizer or an automated draft shield later at your convenience.
Pharma QP1: contains applications concerning the topic compliance with pharmaceutical-relevant guidelines as 21 CFR Part 11 and USP 39, Chapter 41, user management, digital signatures, audit trail, and USP minimum weight. Advanced Applications QP2: includes various complex weighing applications such as density determination, percent weighing, counting, backweighing, residual dirt analysis, residue on ignition, filter weighing, checkweighing, formulation, averaging, etc. Utilities QP3: contains applications to assist with bootscreen, color scheme, free formula, fiber coarseness, diameter determination, air buyoancy correction, paper weight, statistics and printing of QR/bar codes. Connectivity QP4: includes applications for data exchange, such as connection Windows file server, FTPS, etc.
