Designed for the bioprocess industry, Bio-Simplex® Media Bottle Assembly Systems provide a reliable, closed-system solution for aseptic sample handling, fluid transfer, and storage. Featuring a two-port EZ Top® container closure made from C-Flex® biopharmaceutical thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), these bottles ensure a seamless and sterile fluid path. The 0.2 µm vent filter supports sterile gas exchange, while the thermal bond between stopper and tubing eliminates contamination risks. Available in sizes ranging from 60 mL to 2 L, these assemblies meet a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10?6, making them ideal for applications such as media storage, buffer preparation, and aseptic sampling.
