Resistant to most chemical solutions

The CPC (Colder) PMCD Series quick-disconnect threaded body and insert fittings have a 1/8" flow size, making them suitable for a wide range of general-purpose and chemical applications. The fittings feature an automatic shutoff spring-operated stainless-steel valve which closes and seals the fluid pathway upon decoupling, protecting the sterility on each side of the system.

Constructed from durable acetal thermoplastic, these fittings offer high strength, rigidity across a broad temperature range, and resistance to many mild chemical solutions. Alternatively, polypropylene versions provide enhanced chemical resistance, making them ideal for harsher environments.

The ergonomic thumb latch design allows for effortless, one-handed connection and disconnection, even when wearing gloves. Integral terminations reduce leak points, shorten assemblies, and facilitate faster installations. These fittings can withstand pressures ranging from vacuum to 120 psi (8.3 bar).
