Polymer support and nitrile O-rings withstand up to 10–7 Torr (mm Hg). The temperature range of these centering rings is 14 to 212°F (–10 to 100°C).
The centering ring has an elastomer O-ring creating the seal, and inside of this there is a plastic support ring.
