Simplify pressure calibration with automatic pressure calibrators. The pressure calibrators feature an internal electric pump that generates and regulates pressure to calibrate pressure transmitters, switches, and gauges. To calibrate, simply set the starting and ending pressures, the number of test points, and tolerance level. The pressure calibrators automatically test multiple pressure points and document the applied pressure, measured mA, and % error for each test point. The internal fine adjustment control automatically stabilizes and holds the pressure at the desired value. Advanced features like auto step and auto ramp allow tests of devices automatically.
The pressure calibrators measure, source, and simulate mA signals on transmitter outputs. They also feature 24 V loop power for powering transmitters for tests, and the capability to measure 0 to 30 VDC. Order an optional 720RTD probe 16107-97 to take temperature measurements.
The interchangeable pressure control modules offer convenience while saving you money. Switch the pressure control module to match the pressure output range without having to buy a new calibrator. View measured or source value, calibration parameters, and an externally connected device on the large color graphical display. A typical dual-function display shows vent, source, measure on the upper display and measure current, source current, simulate current, or measure VDC. When an external device is connected, the display automatically switches to a triple-function display.
