This sieving machine is ideal for separation, fractioning, and particle size determination of powders, catalysts, construction materials, pharmaceuticals, plastics, and spices. A jet of air gently disperses the particles on the sieve, which helps to prevent the particles from clumping and constantly cleans the sieve mesh. Operating the machine is simple — set the sieving parameters, place your testing sieve with lid on the machine, and press start. Control knob allows you to set the sieving time, speed, open mesh, and negative pressure (when using optional automatic vacuum regulation sold separately below). Digital display shows control functions and parameters. Save up to 9 different sieving programs for later recall through the quick-start function for greater efficiency.

Sieving machine requires a vacuum cleaner to create the suction power (vacuum cleaner sold separately). Manually control the vacuum strength, or purchase the automatic vacuum regulation and set the negative pressure on the display. Exhaust the sieved material through the vacuum, or use the optional cyclone to capture and save the material.
