The XDS series pumps feature a bearing shield to isolate the vacuum environment from all forms of lubricant not only making them totally dry, but also protecting the bearing from any process gases.

The single-sided scroll pump design allows maintenance to be done in minutes. The smart motor drive technology provides pump overload protection and remote start/stop capabilities, allowing for reliable performance. Operate the pump remotely using the 15-way D type connector, located on the side panel of the pump for easy access.

Enhanced models reduced peak power requirements, meaning they can pump down large volume changers with no loss of performance.

Choose from two series—the XDS35i and the XDS46i. Both share many of the same features, however the XDS46i series has a higher free-air capacity and max vacuum.

Select pump models are available without gas ballast for applications such as gas recovery. The chemical versions feature Chemraz® internal valves and stainless steel fittings for enhanced protection from corrosive media.
