Fittings for flared tubing create a ferrule-free connection and ensure leak-free seal while minimizing carryover. As the fitting is tightened, the resistance of the cap increases until the correct torque is reached. A seal is created by compressing the flared portion of the tube against the flat bottom of the port.

Select from acetal, polycarbonate (PC), or PEEK™ material of construction. PEEK fittings are compact in design and provide excellent chemical resistance. Choose the size that best matches your tube OD. A washer is recommended to ensure the flare seals correctly. Use flanging kit to easily flange semi-rigid tubing.

An O-ring may be necessary to ensure the fitting seats correctly in deeper ports.
