More About this Item

Vacuum pump oil is formulated to ensure optimum pump performance and pump life.

Use CP 19 in direct drive pumps to resist gum formation and oxidation. The standard of general purpose hydrocarbon oils, the CP-19 is recommended for use in non-corrosive applications. Through molecular distillation, light end fractions are removed, resulting in lower vapor pressures and reduced backstreaming compared to undistilled refinery products. These properties allow CP-19 to be used with the more expensive diffusion pump fluids that can otherwise be contaminated by a lesser fluid. Compared to refinery fluids, CP-19 offers reduced maintenance costs, better pumping cycles, longer fluid life, and a cooler running pump.
