OSHA/ANSI-Compliant Header Tags meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 (f) and ANSI Z535.5 standards which provide specifications, designs, and guidelines for the use and application of accident prevention tags. These tags clearly indicate a temporary hazard that may lead to personal injury or property damage; use until that hazard is eliminated or hazardous operation is complete.
Choose economical cardstock which is a 10-mil polyolefin based material containing no wood-based paper pulp, or durable, rigid 15-mil vinyl plastic material which withstands tears, weathering, and various chemicals.

All tags can be written on and have top gabled corners with 3⁄8" reinforced metal grommet on vinyl plastic.
