Easily maintain fluid integrity using peristaltic pumps. Only the bore of the tubing contacts the fluid, eliminating the risk of the pump contaminating the fluid or the fluid contaminating the pump. Peristaltic pumps are great for use with most liquids, including viscous, shear-sensitive, corrosive, and abrasive fluids.

Control the pump speed from 3 to 400 rpm in 1 rpm increment. Adjust the speed while the pump is stopped or running; reverse the direction with a simple push of a button. The advanced features of the 323Du drive allow manual control, remote control to start/stop the pump, or speed control using analog signals (4 to 20 mA, 0 to 10 V) or an RS-232 interface. Program the pump to dispense a set amount of fluid each time using the MemoDose function. Lock the keypad to prevent changes to pump settings, avoiding any accidental changes.

The pump system includes a three-roller, rapid load pump head that accepts 1.6 mm wall standard tubing for flow rates from 0.09 to 2000 mL/min. The flip-top design of the pump head allows for quick and easy tubing load. Once the top closes, the tubing is placed in the correct position and with the correct tension. Simply set the tube clamps to the correct tube size. Use drive with single-channel, four-roller pump heads for lower pulsation; single-channel, 2.4 mm wall tubing pump heads for viscous fluids; or multichannel pump heads to achieve flow rates down to 0.002 mL/min.
