Trajan SGE Syringe Repair Kit, Replaceable Plungers & Needles

Trajan SGE Syringe Repair Kits are available for 0.5 to 5.0 µL plunger-in-needle syringes. The kits are supplied with both a plunger and a needle, both must be replaced together. The replacement kits are listed below to determine the appropriate replacement plunger-in-needle kit.

Needle Selection:
• Needle length refers to the exposed length of the needle when fitted to syringe
• Needle gauge is nominal, please refer to OD and ID
• Choose a different replacement needle by selecting the syringe volume, needle length, OD and tip style

Plunger Selection:
• All SGE gas-tight syringes have replaceable plungers. The replacement plungers are listed below to determine the appropriate replacement plunger.
• The standard plunger in MicroVolume syringes is not replaceable; each stainless steel plunger is individually fitted to each barrel.
