More About this Item

These customizable UV viewing cabinets provide a compact darkroom environment for viewing materials under ultraviolet conditions. Manufactured of durable lightweight plastic, the cabinets are designed for long life and rugged use in a wide range of applications. Bottom panel of each cabinet is removable and the unit can easily be placed over samples or a transilluminator. A lightweight access curtain allows you easy entry and blocks out external light. The view port combines a comfortable soft rubber, which can accommodate eyeglasses, and a contrast control filter blocks out ultraviolet radiation.
A wide range of cabinet models and ultraviolet wavelength configurations for use in the laboratory or industrial applications are available.

Mini UV viewing cabinet is designed to be used with a 4-watt ultraviolet lamp (sold separetly), which fit snugly on top of the cabinet.

Product may contain trace amounts of mercury; cautions should be used in breakage, cleanup, shipping and/or disposal.

Warning: Do not expose eyes and skin to shortwave ultraviolet radiation as rays may be harmful to unprotected eyes and skin.
